Where I'm At Today 4 Months Later

So this is where I am at today.  My mummy tummy is nearly all gone woop woop. And I have abs to boot woop woop! And no I have never had my abs show before in my life because I was too full of bull shit excuses to train hard.   So for those who thought I had gone a little quiet and maybe fell off the wagon. I most def haven't.

I am a mother to 4 beautiful children. My youngest is now 9 months old.  I want to encourage the mothers out there that it can be done. By eating clean and training like your life depends on it!  I train hard in the gym 6 times a week at 20-60min sessions. I eat clean as I have stated in previous posts and use an on line nutrition app via www.mkstudios.com.au. I am not paid by them to promote their business.  I do it because my results speak from themself!

Sell out to yourself 100% in the kitchen and gym! I don't do sit ups or crunches.  I am a crossfit chick. Heavy intense training.  I push my body to where my mind wants to take it.  I am in control! So from one mother to another you got this!
