New Training, new mind set, new game

Hey ya I hope everyone is keeping it clean and healthy.  Today I am weighing in at 54.8kg :) The scales do not faze me as I am after building lean muscle and lowering my body fat %.

Hands up ladies if you hate having no boobs after losing weight?  Sucks butt, but oh well I was stoked with myself before I lost the weight hehehehe My sister was getting smart about me having no titties lmao but them's the brakes we can't have it all can we.

Yesterday I started Crossfit OML killer, challenging and everything that I had heard about it.  I fricken loved it!!!!! My body is a little tender today but I totally believe in Xtend Scivation which is a product that helps with faster recovering after work outs. I have just ordered some more through www.mkstudio.com.au as well as creatine.

So I will post more pics in a couple weeks on my progress, I am about to step it up in a bid to tone this body in to shape :) And have you noticed lots of people have started working out to lose weight for Summer ?  My advise to you if this is you.  Have a long term goal so its not just to lose weight for the summer.  Make it a life style choice to always be fit and healthy other wise you will just end up where you started once the cold season sets in.

My mind set, habits & general way of being has shifted for the greater good.  Here's to good healthy and pushing the boundaries yeooooow

12 wks 12 wks 12 wks

Well 12wks and I made it phew so where to from here?  I am about to start a new journey and totally transform my body in the next 12wks.  I really only started training hard the past three weeks with strength training and cardio.  I prefer to do HIT High Intensity cardio because it burns more fat during and after the work out is finished and I like the way it makes me feel totally buggered when I am finished meaning I really pushed myself.

Here's my pics!  Fatty bum one when I started 28 May 2012 at 59kgs, middle pic 8 weeks in and 3rd one is 12 weeks later.  My goal was to get fit and healthy. I sure did achieve that.  Because of my height and short waist it doesn't take much for me to look over weight.  So what do I weigh today? 55kg.

But I am not worried about the scales they have never fazed me at all.  I work toward shrinking my waist line, hips and building muscle so in the next 12wks from now I am bound to be putting on more weight. I am so ready and looking forwarding to pushing myself by pushing heavy weights :)

So I'd like to sign off by saying "Never Give Up".  The little baby steps you take daily all add up! It's going to take some hard training to get rid of the rest of my mummy tummy but I earned my belly having my beautiful children I wouldn't change a thing about that I was loving and love myself and my life before my weight loss journey begun.  With that in mind keep positive, look for pictures, people, places and things that motivate you daily.  Pinterest is excellent for that.  I look forward to showing my progress pics soon xxx

Exercise & Protein Pancakes

Hi everyone.  Man I know a lot of people who blog and to be honest I don't know how they find the time?  Any way I have been working out at least 6 days a week in a bid to drop body fat not weight.

So here is what I have been doing.

AM - 3 x 25 Exercise Ball Squats, 3 x 20 Crunches, 3 x 15 Press Ups, 3 x 10 Burpees with 2 x 6kg kettle bells NO RESTING INBETWEEN. And to finish off 10min of hard core interval training (Jumping Jacks 10sec, 10sec rest)

PM - Strengh training alternating days with Upper and Lower Body work outs total time less than 45min 3 x per week, 10 min intervals on treadmill speed 12, 14, 16 10 sec on 10 sec off.

Inbetween rest days from strengh training I am doing Interval training morning (Jumping Jacks) and afternoon tredmill running 10sec on 10sec off from speed 12,14 to 16.

So I have only stepped up my training this week and have lost an extra 1cm off my waist & hips.  My weight is still the same which is what I want.

Check out this work out vid on YouTube: http://youtu.be/h_wQtDHvEsU & do this every morning to get results.  If you aren't at a point in your fitness where you are unable to do full sit ups just start off with crunches you will be strong enough in time.
I had a lovely breakfast this morn Protein Pancakes here is my recipe.
(Maks 3 small pancakes)
1 whole egg, 2 x egg whites
1/4 cup oats
10grms protein powder
1 x small banana or strawberries your choice
Tsp organic peanut butter

Mix eggs, oats and protein powder together, use 1/4 cup measure to place batter in frying pan (I used coconut oil in my pan as well).  Once cooked it doesn't take long place bananas and tsp of peanut butter over the top of pancakes.  So delish!  I used to be a pancake queen and I must say these are awesome.

Another alternative recipe is 3 egg whites, 1/4 cup oats, 20grms of protein powder. Still nom nom nom all the same.

Ok I only have a couple more weeks until I have completed 12wks on the Nutrition Complete program.  So I will post my final pics then.  Feel free to msg me if you have any questions or check out www.mkstudio.com.au for the Nutrition Complete program details (Once again I am not paid to promote the program).

8 Weeks.....

Hi everyone in cyber world how has your diet and training been going?  I have been doing great apart from a 30th Birthday party I went to in the weekend which = me getting totally messy lol.  I could not eat much the next day I was so unwell lol.

I am now down 5kgs woop woop!  The training I am doing at the moment is alternating between strength training and HIT.  My HIT is only 10 min but are really full on intense!! I am buggered after its over!  Upper body and lower body weights between 20-40 min it all depends on how much time I have & abdominal work on my exercise ball.

Here are my latest pics after 8 weeks!  I am pushing to get rid of the rest of my mummy tummy so over it lmao in saying that I am proud to show off my stretch marks.  My princess is now 6 months :)

So as you can see my work out time is very limited.  I don't spend hours or even an hour working out!  70% food eating clean & 30% exercise man make it easy on yourself and tidy your diet up! One day off a week is awesome.  How ever I do not reward myself with food I am not a dog lol.  A new dress, haircut now that is what I am talking about!
