Exercise & Protein Pancakes

Hi everyone.  Man I know a lot of people who blog and to be honest I don't know how they find the time?  Any way I have been working out at least 6 days a week in a bid to drop body fat not weight.

So here is what I have been doing.

AM - 3 x 25 Exercise Ball Squats, 3 x 20 Crunches, 3 x 15 Press Ups, 3 x 10 Burpees with 2 x 6kg kettle bells NO RESTING INBETWEEN. And to finish off 10min of hard core interval training (Jumping Jacks 10sec, 10sec rest)

PM - Strengh training alternating days with Upper and Lower Body work outs total time less than 45min 3 x per week, 10 min intervals on treadmill speed 12, 14, 16 10 sec on 10 sec off.

Inbetween rest days from strengh training I am doing Interval training morning (Jumping Jacks) and afternoon tredmill running 10sec on 10sec off from speed 12,14 to 16.

So I have only stepped up my training this week and have lost an extra 1cm off my waist & hips.  My weight is still the same which is what I want.

Check out this work out vid on YouTube: http://youtu.be/h_wQtDHvEsU & do this every morning to get results.  If you aren't at a point in your fitness where you are unable to do full sit ups just start off with crunches you will be strong enough in time.
I had a lovely breakfast this morn Protein Pancakes here is my recipe.
(Maks 3 small pancakes)
1 whole egg, 2 x egg whites
1/4 cup oats
10grms protein powder
1 x small banana or strawberries your choice
Tsp organic peanut butter

Mix eggs, oats and protein powder together, use 1/4 cup measure to place batter in frying pan (I used coconut oil in my pan as well).  Once cooked it doesn't take long place bananas and tsp of peanut butter over the top of pancakes.  So delish!  I used to be a pancake queen and I must say these are awesome.

Another alternative recipe is 3 egg whites, 1/4 cup oats, 20grms of protein powder. Still nom nom nom all the same.

Ok I only have a couple more weeks until I have completed 12wks on the Nutrition Complete program.  So I will post my final pics then.  Feel free to msg me if you have any questions or check out www.mkstudio.com.au for the Nutrition Complete program details (Once again I am not paid to promote the program).
