From the start 28.05.2012

Wow I thought it would be great for my personal development if I blog about my weight loss journey. Now I am a proud mum of 4 beautiful children. After #4 I was so run down I forgot to eat healthy! Now baby #4 is 6months old, are some of you thinking I rushed into getting my body back in to shape? I think not I have always been active & healthy but with baby #4 I was unwell from conception until 3 days into a clean eating program when bubs was just a lil over 4months old.

I run my own business & look after my hubby's business while he works full time sometimes 16hr days for him and sometimes in other states and countries.

So when do I find the time to work out? When I am cooking dinner, when I am watching TV any where in and around what I am currently doing. A quick 20 squats here and 40 calf raises there, press ups on the kitchen bench, star jumps etc Time is not an excuse to me.

The good thing is I have been on this clean eating program for 6 wks during wk 3.5 I fell ill with the dreaded mastitis. So for 2wks I was off the program feeling sorry for myself on antibiotics & other drugs to stop my milk production. I have even in the last 6wks had a couple of drinking sessions & indulged in chocolate, biscuits.

But I have always jumped straight back on to eating clean. Alright check out my before & after pic. Remember I had 2wks off & the after pic has been taken at night on a full tum! Will keep u all posted with my progress. These results are only after 6wks I'm stoked & 3.7kgs lighter :)

So bottom pic is obviously the before pic 4 months after giving birth to baby #4 & the top pic is after 6wks in to the MK Nutrition Complete Program, a lil bit of a difference enough to keep me motivated to keep on keeping on.
